I am really happy with my experience. Anna and Adrian are a committed team who wanted the best outcome for me. I am impressed with Adrian’s knowledge and skills, attention to detail and customer care. He worked really hard to achieve the best possible outcome and the result is better than I expected - we have a really old, worn and damaged floor and his work has made a huge difference to how it looks and how he has mitigated the damage caused by decorators. We’ve just had our leather settee and chair restored to their original colour as they had faded over the years. Adrian has done an amazing job they look brand new! Adrian did an excellent job repairing my stair carpet. Rather than just mending the hole there was enough carpet to replace the one step. Excellent!  A huge thank you to Adrian for cleaning and restoring my slate kitchen floor and terracotta tile floor in my utility room as well as cleaning curtains and blinds. What an amazing service! Anna was excellent with her communication and Adrian is an absolute pro. There is not a thing he doesn't know about fixing or cleaning carpets.
