I am impressed with Adrian’s knowledge and skills, attention to detail and customer care. He worked really hard to achieve the best possible outcome and the result is better than I expected - we have a really old, worn and damaged floor and his work has made a huge difference to how it looks and how he has mitigated the damage caused by decorators. Rather than just mending the hole there was enough carpet to replace the one step. He was very knowledgeable about the process and completed the work on time and  in line with the quote.
