An environmentally safer commercial carpet cleaning option, whilst leaving the workspace sterile and an overall better experience for your valued customers

We all know a commercial cleaning company and their carpet cleaning methods have to meet certain requirements. Especially in higher end commercial buildings with expensive wall to wall carpeting.

Incorrect commercial cleaning processes, could make an insurance claim invalid. Also, making your warranty with carpet mills defective.

With our custom built Exothermic carpet cleaning system, this allows carpets to be dry in as little as 30 minutes. This comes without the potential for mold growing in carpets. From the initial point of carpet deep cleaning, we really can give you what you are looking for.

On large open office space, carpet cleaning up to 200m2 of carpet can be cleaned in and around an hour

With low moisture techniques that have virtually ZERO NOISE output. Rather than other commercial carpet cleaning companies who have disruptive plant equipment located outside your building.

We pride ourselves with health and safety. There is NO trailing hoses across paths, corridors or even working areas from external located equipment. This reducing slips, trips, falls and near misses. This is also less obtrusive to neighbouring businesses’ and potential clients. Keeping your business doing what it does best, with no loss of down time.

Our commercial cleaning methodology benefits the professional carpet cleaner too! There is no more fatigue from back breaking work. Therefore, significantly reducing injury.

All chemical solutions are environmentally friendly and are naturally biodegradable. Meaning a happier, healthier planet!

Running the world’s most advanced commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning equipment, means there is no need to rely on diesel or petrol engines. Just clean electric only. Even generators are not required when using us, as your preferred professional carpet & upholstery cleaning company.

All post cleaned areas are sterile to BSEN 1040 standards. This is the quantitative suspension test for bactericidal activity of disinfectants and antiseptics.

You can be back on your carpets as we drive away, with improved air quality, pathogen free and boosting staff morale

• 60% reduction on cleaning time over alternative methods
• Certified sanitising that is effective to BSEN 1040 standards
• Patented commercial carpet cleaning system (GB2373511) to meet all carpet mill recommendations
• Environmentally friendly approach, 80% less water being used

Does steam cleaning carpets, over wet office carpet tiles?

When steam cleaning impervious carpet tiles (or also known as Hot Water Extraction),  because of the tight loop construction, high psi levels are often used. Jetted into the carpets are high volumes of water.

The rubber backing will then trap water underneath. This makes it difficult for the moisture to evaporate from them. Causing them to stay wet for some considerable amount of time.

In the picture below, is carpet tenting from regular steam carpet cleaning maintenance.

The sub-flooring has carpet tiles glued to it. The glue that is bonding the commercial carpet tiles to your floor will end up disintegrating around the edges/seams. This causes the floor tiles to curl on the edges or corners. In the commercial cleaning industry, we call it ‘carpet tenting‘.

A carpet that has tented, can still be cleaned. However, over wetting should NOT be done. In reality, once the tiles have done this they are permanently damaged. You will require to replace the carpet.

Can this be fixed or is replacement my only option?

Simple carpet repair techniques that have been developed in house, working alongside highly regarded industry related experts, really can save you full replacement. It can also prevent a trip hazard and make your floors look beautiful once again!

What Our Valued Commercial Clients say

Very impressed from the start when Adrian came out to assess our carpets, to the communication in booking a convenient date, to the finish, an excellent and a thorough job done. Exceeded were our expectations. Previous carpet cleaners had not managed to get some of the marks out of the cream carpets – where they did.

Both Adrian and Anna run a professional business and what they don’t know about cleaning carpets isn’t worth knowing.

Commercial Carpet Cleaning in Gloucestershire

A commercial cleaning service that saves the impact on our planet earth!

The commercial cleaning process uses up to 80% less water. A dedicated, commercial carpet cleaning company has developed this method. Every aspect of what we do is backed, trialed and tested! With over 20 years expert knowledge in commercial carpet cleaning.

Low moisture crystalising agents are often used in commercial settings. In fact this was a technique once used by ourselves, so we know the limitations and the impact it has on the environment.

Preventing prolonged drying times and cleaning impervious carpet tiles

A rotary machine, soft pad & a chemical (micro-encapsulation) is buffed into the carpet tiles.

When this solution dries it forms a hard brittle crystal. Encapsulating the contaminations in the carpet fibers. This is so small the human eye cannot even see them. The next vacuum would suck these crystals up.

Sticky detergents would then be left in the carpet. These detergents attract soils rapidly, while abrading the fibers. The soil would also soon make the appearance drop over the course of a couple of months use.

Oxidizing agents are an additive usually contained in micro-encapsulation products. Designed for brightening up dull looking fibres. This maybe good for a one off clean perhaps.

A carpet loses 7% of colour when cleaned this way. If you are currently using cleaning maintenance on a quarterly visit, that is 21% of colour loss in just one year from cleaning this way alone. That’s not including soil abrasion and general wear and tear.

580,000 tons of flooring waste is thought to be disposed of in the UK every year. Less than 1% recycled and a fast majority of 90% going to landfill.

See how we can save mother nature and your business a ton of money!

FAQ's...

Can I walk on my carpets straight away?

You may walk on your carpet immediately. However, you could get it dirty.

One speck of dried mud on the bottom of your shoe’s, can expand into a pound coin-sized spot. If it gets tracked onto a damp carpet.

Just use caution and common sense.

We always leave you a pair of high quality shoe covers, (to use until your carpet is dry). For each member of your family.

You will really want these, after hiring us as your preferred professional carpet cleaners.

Can my furniture be put back the same day after cleaning my carpets?

Everything is put back in place carefully. With furniture tabs under any sensitive or wooden furniture. This prevents the damage of moisture, to items or colour transfer to the carpet. This is done by myself, after cleaning. By the most loved professional carpet cleaners in Gloucestershire.

Wood floor refinishing with a difference…

You may have realised a mop and bucket doesn’t do any justice in making your hardwood floor look any cleaner. You might think to attempt a DIY sanding job? Or hire a wood floor sanding company?  This comes with a big question, can I put up with dust throughout my entire home?  However, our unique system creates NO DUST. Yes that’s right DUST FREE! FAQ’s…

How long does this process take?

Very good question! Generally speaking, less than half the time than a sanding method. In reality, a living room and dining room can be finished in one day.

Can I walk on my floor?

Your newly refurbished wood floor will be touch dry in 2-3 hours, ready for you to walk on. Although, heavy traffic is not suitable for 24 hours.

Can my furniture go back?

There is a curing time. At least 48 hours is what I recommend. This is after the hardwood floor cleaning and restoration process.

Are your expensive items of furniture starting to look dull and grubby?

You are in safe hands with a fine fabric upholstery cleaning expert!

How to choose the right professional upholstery cleaning company. Not only are you asking yourself “will the marks come out”. Or “how long will it take to dry”?

Not to mention, “could my expensive upholstered furniture get damaged in the process”?

Professional upholstery cleaning at a completely new level of fabric care

When dealing with an array of fine fabrics whether its Viscose, Polyester, Silk, Cotton, or even Velvet. A great deal of knowledge and skill, is of course required. With that being said, attention to detail I feel is also very critical. In which, has been developed over due time.

What does this mean for you?

All fabrics are identified & inspected for:

• Change in texture
• Loss of colour
• No damage in the appearance
• Selecting the correct cleaning method
• Choosing the safest products
• Saving you a ton of time and money

As a result from this, you can be confident in knowing you are making the smart choice, in choosing a fine, fabric upholstery cleaning specialist. Not only will your soft furnishings receive ‘a good old pampering’, but your fabrics will look, feel and smell as Fresh as a daisy!

Feel your expectations have not been met? Feel free to take advantage of our 100% Money back Guarantee

We can’t be fairer than that can we…

Award winning furniture cleaning from a trusted expert

Providing a phenomenal customer experience is something we feel strongly about.  With this being said, we put YOU first, as our valued client.

Our aim is to give you outstanding results from our expertise of fine fabric upholstery cleaning. In addition, to give and help you with free advice on regular maintenance. All in all, our passion is restoring your world!

Is steam cleaning the safest option?

Convincing yourself or being mislead by an upholstery cleaning service provider, that one method ‘suits all’ is completely out of this world.

Steam cleaning (hot water extraction) is one of the most commonly used techniques, which does aid in sanitation and the evaporation of moisture in the drying process. However, water or heat sensitive fabrics, should not be cleaned via this method.

With a vast amount of correct methods of cleaning, is where we impress with utter care and attention to detail. Firstly, taking the time to visit you and identify what we are cleaning. Secondly, the appropriate cleaning method can be selected.

Using a shop bought couch cleaner…

Removing those marks on arms or cushions can be challenging, when it comes to fine fabric upholstery cleaning. Ultimately, if not dealt with correctly, it could be an expensive task to put right.

Before you make that ink stain permanent or saturate the filling of the armchair with pet urine. Taking a gamble on stain removers under the kitchen sink is something you should not be thinking of lightly.

Ask yourself, do I use hot or cold water. Do I use products neat or diluted. Can I even use water or this product on my type of fabric?

If I attempt a DIY job, can my mistakes be reversed, even from a fine fabric upholstery cleaning specialist? Cleaning the antique chair or even modern settee takes a good deal of physical technique and technical skill. With this in mind, most mistakes can be rectified.

FAQ’s…

How long does my upholstery take to dry?

Great question! Drying should be considered part of the cleaning process. We aim for drying times within a two to four hour range. This does depend on the cleaning method, fabric type and level of soiling. We’ve had drying times as fast as one hour. Sometimes as long as eight hours. The average timescale is two to four hours until you can sit on your clean suite. Some of our competitors claim outrageous times of an hour or less.  Our moisture probe would instantly identify that this is not the case.

Will you remove all the stains?

Our service includes attempting to remove every single stain we encounter, no matter what it is. However, some stains are permanent. If there is any chance they can be removed, we will get them out! 100%  dedication in effort is always a given. The only time we charge any extra cost, and that’s for pet urine damage. For this reason, because much more is involved than just stain removal.

The appearance of my soft furnishings could look different?

Most definitely. Colours will be more vibrant! Hence the reason you will definitely see, feel and smell the difference.

Do fabric protectors actually work?

Absolutely. They are just as important as keeping your fabric clean. Protectors ease maintenance and prevent wear. For example, you spill a drink or drop food on your soft furnishings. As a result, the protector makes the stain bead up like water on a duck’s back. We have that much faith it works, we will give you a free spot and spill warranty for 12 months. In any event that the unfortunate does appear to happen, it doesn’t cost you a penny.

FAQ’s…

Can I use baby wipes on my leather sofa?

Regularly cleaning your leather upholstery, garments or any other item using baby wipes and washing up liquid can be detrimental to the finish of your leathers protective finish.

Dirt will build up and collect. Generally speaking, over time this starts to destroy the protective seal. Un-noticeable at first, this will leave your leather exposed to cracking when it starts to dry out. Once damaged, your leather sofa will be past cleaning. As a result, restoration will be your last resort!

What can I do to prevent further damage or staining?

Have a protective treatment applied, with an advanced formulation that prevents stains from oil and water based spillages. It will prevent damage from body oils, abrasion from dirt and fading from UV light.

Fortunately for you, applying this comes as standard with our services.  On the whole, keeping your leather in tip top shape is a great importance to us.

FAQ's...

Do I buy a new floor if cleaning or restoring my stone floors doesn’t work?

The back bone for developing this company was not just for our passion and love for soft & hard furnishings. It’s to completely blow you away with skill in craftsmanship. Not forgetting our approach in what can be achieved. Seeing you smile reassures our quality in service and care for your property.

Your floor can be cleaned, restored and even polished for a fraction of the cost for replacement. In other words, maybe looking better than when it was originally laid.

My Marble looks dull, lifeless and scratched

When we have marble, let’s face it…we want it to look elegant. Turning to the right stone floor polishing company can be a difficult decision to make, thankfully you found us.

Only the experts can remove stains, blemishes and scratches. Leaving you with a polished finish you have craved for years. You will be the envy of all your friends and family. With the most expensive looking polished marble floor in town.

Some of my tiles are higher than others

Good question! If you are finding movement in your natural stone floor over a long period of time (or poorly laid on installation). ‘Lipage’ is the name for this. Resin bonded diamond encrusted pads, can remove this. These will grind your floor down for that flat, flush feel.

Can I change the colour of my grout lines?

Most definitely! After thorough preparation, a wide variety of colours can be chosen for grout re-colouring of tiled walls and floors.

Using a stone cleaner on the walls of my bathroom and shower

Mould, mildew, body fats, scum build up and lime scale can all contribute to the appearance of deterioration. Even some shower gels and shampoo products. These add to staining your tiles. As a result, not using the correct products can lead to damaging some stone tiles. We would not be an outstanding service provider, if we did not assist you and restore them back to their former glory.

Can ring marks on my kitchen Worktop be rectified?

This is one of the most common questions I hear. Incorrect cleaning products, drink spills and general wear, can cause stone & composite countertops to have a smeary appearance.

Sometimes, even patchy or scratched.  Don’t worry, most areas of concern can be rectified with a skilled craftsman. Usually, in and around an hour.

Why does my Travertine floor tiles have holes?

Holes in these types of stone are a very common thing. Nonetheless, this will happen at some point of your travertine’s life.

Travertine naturally comes out of the earth like this and sold like it when its quarried.  However, the holes are filled with resin once produced into a tile. Then honed for a smooth finish, for instance.  In due time, the resin falls out or appears to have more holes after the stone tile & grout cleaning process. Under those circumstances, as a stone restoration craftsman, this can be rectified with ease.

FAQ’s…

My Marble looks dull, lifeless and scratched!

Let’s face it when we have marble we want it to look elegant, so in fact turning to the right marble polishing company can be a difficult decision to make. With that in mind, thankfully you found us. Only the experts can remove stains, blemishes and scratches. Therefore, leaving you with a polished look you have craved for years. You will be the envy of your friends and family with the most expensive looking polished marble floor in town.

Do you use crystalizing products?

We definitely don’t. Apart from being dangerous to your health, this process will in the long term deeply soak into the marble. In conclusion, causing severe damage.

What stone can you Polish?

A huge variety of stone can be polished. For instance, Limestone, Travertine, Marble, Granite, Terrazzo and Quartz. Darker Marbles and Granite, take longer to polish. Coming from further down in the earth’s core, the stone is a lot harder. However, after a timely process, the results are amazing.

How do you make my stone shine?

Firstly, specialist equipment with resin bonded diamond pads are essentially polishing, by producing millions of scratches in one small area at a time on the surface of your stone.  (Until smooth and shiny). Secondly, a wet pic-up vacuum is used to pick up the slurry. Lastly, to give your floor a reflective finish, a polishing compound is used. Once the floor is neutralized, it is then applied to the surface of the stone.

After polishing my floor does it need to be sealed?

Not sealing a freshly polished marble floor would be like hanging new doors without handles. Overall, impregnating sealers help prevent natural stone from staining against water and oil based stains. Furthermore, prolong the appearance and make general maintenance far easier after the stone floor polishing.

Are you looking to make the smart choice for your Oriental Rug Cleaning, then imagine something more!

Tremendous care is essential in the oriental rug cleaning process. Lovingly washing your hand knotted fine wool or silk rugs and tapestries, is our top priority. Whether they are antique or modern.

So many competitors say they can clean your gorgeous rug in your home. As a result of this, dye could be left on your carpet. We have seen this so many times.

Some say they take your rug away. Little do you know, they are blasting it with a pressure washer in the back yard and leaving it to dry… but where?

Your expert rug cleaning company in Gloucestershire, Stroud and throughout the Cotswold’s

The most delicate and finest of rugs need a controlled environment and most importantly treated with respect. This is detrimental to the life span of your rug. Finding this out is the most vital thing you can look for, when leaving your Persian and tribal carpet. Especially when leaving it with a non expert rug cleaning company.

Above all, look for a Specialist Oriental Rug Cleaning Service.

Specialist knowledge of fine and oriental rugs is critical when choosing a cleaning method. To prove our exceptional expertise, I will come to your home completely free of charge. Pre- inspect the condition of each rug in great detail. Looking for fading, discolouration, stains, wear, pre-existing damage. In addition, colour instability and odours. Is it worth it to get a rug cleaned and how does the rug cleaning process work?

The construction of your rug depends this. The condition also determines whether it can be wet cleaned. From time to time, low moisture can be an option.

The basics no matter what rug cleaning option...

Maximum dry soil is removed after various dusting and vacuuming procedures. Your rugs can hold so much dust, grit and soil. You would be amazed. I have filled a bin liner easily on occasions! A thorough inspection is taken place. All spots, spills and stains are treated with an array of advanced stain removal methods. Then the chosen method of cleaning is selected from our oriental rug cleaning services.

Fully Submerged

Firstly, your rug is carefully submerged in softened water. This is for a pure wash with a detergent designed, for stabilising colours. A Wool Safe shampoo dissolves surface soiling. Secondly, specialist soft brushes are used by hand to help break up deeply, ingrained contaminants. This light agitation is repeated on the front and back of your oriental rug.

Throughout the whole process, fresh water is gently rinsed through your rug and the dirty water is pumped out of our custom made Spa. Once the water is clear, this is a good visual that the rug has thoroughly been washed and all soil, pollutants and contaminants are removed.

Lastly, once meticulously extracted, your rug is lifted to go in to the drying process for 48hrs. This is in our drying room. Cellulosic fibres prone to browning are placed on a turbo drying floor. While grooming the pile in-between drying to restore the nap. Detailing the fringes and any necessary carpet repairs are the final steps to a beautifully restored area rug.

Front Face Rug Cleaning

Cleaning the front face of your rug is exactly the same as if we were beautifully cleaning your wall to wall carpeting in your home. The backing does not have any contact with water.

Most modern rugs have the backing glued. If fully submerged and left wet for too long, the glue would disintegrate and the rug would fall apart. Hanging rugs and drying equipment aid in a safer process.

Dry Cleaning Method

Dry cleaning can be an array of different methods. Power vacuuming with high filtration as some textiles are so delicate this is the only option. Or even, a selection of solvents for cleaning by hand.  Furthermore, skill and time is taken into consideration whichever method is needed, This giving you the desired results you would expect with our oriental rug cleaning services.

Can your rug cleaning company remove pet urine from my oriental rugs?

To neutralise and remove odours, various treatments and techniques can be applied.  For instance, for sensitive rugs that need to be cleaned by hand. If adequate, submerging your rug is the best option to remove pet odours and damaging salts.

What If you do not operate as a rug cleaner in my area?

No matter where you are in the UK we can help. If it is out of our free collection and delivery coverage area. We have a dedicated courier service that can pick your item/s up.  Photographs throughout the process can be sent, just so you know we are taking the best care of your rug. Once completed we will contact you to organise a delivery date with the same courier service.
